A.M.S - Server
14 October 2004 - Program Update - Release Version 1.1.65
Description: Improved interface design.
Intruction: Download the file ams1165update.exe. Commence the installation procedure.
• 08 September 2004 - Fix for Unlock Key not working
Description: This update will fix the bug that causes A.M.S. to not hold the unlock code on some computers. After entering the unlock code, A.M.S. registers the correct number of clients, but reverts back to demonstration mode when restarted. The download files after this date include this fix.
Instruction: Download the complete file ams1097full.exe (or ams1097trial.exe if school trial version). Commence the installation procedure. Make the same choices that were made on initial installation with the exception of the 'Select Components' screen. Chose to install 'Server Application' and 'Data Files' and untick the other components. Complete installation.
Run A.M.S. Server. Click on 'Register'. Complete the registration form as previously with the correct number of clients. Click on 'Register A.M.S.' When the e-mail screen appears, exit this screen. Exit A.M.S. Server. Restart A.M.S. Server. Chose 'Register'. Click on 'Enter Unlock Code'. Enter the unlock code we previously supplied to you. Hit 'Enter' and click on OK.
• 01 August 2004 - Fix for 'Layered Display Error' (Win 95/98)
Description: This update will fix the 'Layered Display Error' sometimes encountered upon startup of the Server component of A.M.S., when Windows 95 or 98 is used as the operating system. The download file ams1097full.exe after this date has this error rectified.
Instruction: Download the new version of server program (amserver.exe) and copy it to the directory where A.M.S. Server is installed on your computer.

A.M.S - Client
02 September 2004 - Fix to Client Installer
Description: This update will fix the bug where the client installer does not always copy the 'amsparam.dat' file. The download file ams1097full.exe after this date has this error rectified.
Instruction: Download the new version of client installer (ams1119clientauto.exe) and place it in clientinstaller sub-directory where A.M.S. Server is installed on your computer.
